Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle Product Review.
I been given few of the Calphalon Contemporary as a gift and the only thing I found I was missing was a griddle, so I had to order this one from Amazon. This griddle pan has been wonderful. I use it for everything! Most times, I just wash it and put it back on the range since I know I’ll be needing it again right away. I can fit 6-8 pieces of bacon on it at a time, 4 pieces of toast, or 4 rather large pancakes. It’s a aspiration come true if you fix breakfast often. It ‘s the in force money I ‘ve dropped in my kitchen and I would highly commend it! .
I have had many ‘non-stick’ griddles in my lifespan and they have gone to griddle promised land . This griddle is magnificent . I make eggs (fry & omelets) on it without oil, butter, or any lubricating substance . They cook in a bit on low-medium after the pan is warmed up for the first time as the focusings state. We just substituted our old square griddle with this one and it’s been top quality ! We create pancakes on it in one case or doubly a week and they come out everlasting . I love that the handle does n’t get hot while you’re cooking and the pancakes cook evenly. I ‘ve had no difficulties with them sticking with the pan, they glide right off . Clean up is simple as well. This pan is an excellent product! .
